My Shop Finally Opened!

After a few months planning and doing all kind of research my shop is finally here. No shop fitting no employees as I just tried to maintain the overhead cost as low as possible and pass this benefit to my clients for I personally believe price, service and quality are three factors to win the game in this market. Let's see how it goes.

Gold Coast Photos

Gold Coast (March 6th-March 9th)

Recently we visited Gold Coast. I just realized that Brisbane/GC is actually very livable.
1) The living cost on GC is lower than Perth. GC got the biggest harbour town and sufers paradise just fabulous for both shopping and relaxing. The night life along the gc is very rich. Shops do not close until at least 10pm. Unlike victoria, sunshine and water are not a problem there.
2) Queensland is a state with lots of holiday destinations such as Cairns, theme parks and sunshine coast is another one.
3) It's just close to both Asia, NZ, and major cities like Sydney. They got Air Asia, tiger and jetstar all running to either brissie or gc.
4) Lots of job oppotunities there coz of mining industry.
I remember 2 years ago when I was studying there I felt it was owful and just wanna get rid of the life like that. And today when I revisit the place I felt sad to leave and just wanted to extend my trip. Maybe people are all like that we never know what a blessing to own something until we no longer have it. I'm pretty sure that I will be missing Perth when I leave one day. Therefore what can I do is to treasure every day here and when tomorrow I look back of my life I won't get regret.

Right On The Track

So far my huby is doing very well to be a good husband. He booked me 2 trips one to Gold Coast and one to Malaysia so far with beach view hotels and buffet food. And he did not come home with empty hands for both Valentines and 1 month anniversary.Lao Gong, well done....Distinction awarded~~

Mrs Pang's wedding speech

Im actually find myself amazed to stand here beside Kevin today as Kevin’s wife. The reason I wanted to speak today was to personally thank some of the special person.

Kevin’s mum and dad, I’m really so proud to be your daughter-in-law and a part of Pang’s family, although both Kevin and myself are not good at expressing our feeling verbally, we hope to let you know how much we appreciate your support and encouragement. We wish you know how much we actually love you deep down in our heart. Thank you for raising Kevin so well, obviously he looks very strong and healthy and more than that because of your education, Kevin is such a rich man, he’s rich in his inner strength, he’s kind, understandable, forgiving and he got his sense of humor, thanks for giving Kevin such a beautiful heart, he got such a simplest heart in the world. Please don’t worry, during the remaining of our life hand in hand together, we will take care of each other as mature adults with two pure hearts, especially I will take care of Kevin’s bank accounts from today onwards, especially those account payable stuff...

Mr Pang's Wedding Speech

On behalf of my wife and I, we'd like to thank you all for coming here today and sharing our special day with us especially those who have traveled so far to be here. It is good to be surrounded by people who are important to us on this joyous day. We hope that you're enjoying it every bit as much as we are and we'd like to thank you for your kind wishes cards, presents and support.

We are really impressed by the number of people that help us in preparation for today, if you're not mentioned by name please be assured that Jialin and I are very grateful.
We would like to thank Pastor Stephen for his guidance and marriage consulaling even during difficult time. We will keep Pastor Hannah in prayer.
Jialin’s dad and mum, thank you not only for your hospitality this evening and your kindness, but for also giving me your very beautiful daughter. I promise I'll take good care of her and of course do everything she tells me to,
I also want to say thank you to my parents who put up with me for all these years, you have both been there for me when I've needed you and given me a wonderful start in life and I'm very fortunate and proud to have you as my mum and dad.

I am absolutely delighted to be able stand here today with Jialin, I never knew what was missing in my life before I met her. Jialin has been the source of friendship, support and love. to my wife, my bride and joy, thank you for everything you have done. You know everything about me and love me just the same. I have my faults, yet you still agreed to marry me. I am extremely lucky today to be the one to marry you - and I hope this is the start of many happy years together

Mrs Pang's Update

Haven't updated for quite a while after coming back from Sydney.. The biggest issue of course is I married... on the 6th day of Chinese Luner New Year of Bull... good. I am proud to say I am still happily married with my husband whose name is Kevin (Rudd?? That's what I hope but not...). Although my husband is not prime minister of any country he still got his characters, at least he's younger, taller and more handsome than Mr Rudd, just not as skinny as him. What is more? This Kevin loves me more than that Kevin and that Kevin even does not know me.....what a pity.

In order to prepare for the wedding we actually did some small decoration for our house which my parents think it was too much.
My wedding planner PB worked very hard for my big day, she requested me to get 2 pair of shoes, she took 2 laptops to the venue, I just found out she's such a detailed lady and plus she's a professional chef, it just does not make sense to me that she's still single and available.
My girl friends in my Rock unit got me a pinky hen's night one day before my actual wedding. I just could not help to shed my tears. This is a warm family because of them.
My dad accepted JC and I am happy he got along very well with Paul Han, James, PeyBin, Grace, Amely and Pastor...I think he still keeps contact with James online.
Paul Han....how can I forget to mention this guy. He was my mc and the media he did was even more impressive. It is one of the best gift and I will take it with me to wherever I move in the future.

Trip to Sydney

After my parents touched down Perth recently we headed off Sydney for a short break, and this is my last truly last trip in my singlehood and also what is special, arhhhh, this was the first time I live on the 68th level... everything's under my step.
I didn't know this nice family trip would draw my singlehood to a wonderful close...

Hot hot hot

Kp is a person who scares nothing but hot weather and chicken feet(oh yeah public speech also)... and in Perth weather in summer is just continuely hot without any day that is exceptional, and I hope my wedding day can be a cool one or the logistic team leader will have to take a portable cooler after kp..

This afternoon the poor area we live got no electricity and kp was just like a cornored mouse kept saying hot in every 2 minutes and not only that, without electricity there was no TV no MSN especially NO WARCRAFT... poor thing...This is what he could do in a weekend afternoon in hot summer without aircon:

Weight & Colour

Last night we watched a program which talked about the relationship between your weight and the colour of your kitchen. It says different colours can change people's appetite. Red normally simulates appetite and light blue is opposite. (It also tells this is why lots of fast food stores such as KFC red rooster McDonald etc uses red as their logo background colour, have you noticed?) In Australia some people do try to lose weight by changing the colour of their kitchens and it works out. Amazing or not I never knew this. But I do believe this is somewhat true and it does explains kp's weight....

Live Loud

Finally we said bye bye to the very colourful 2008 and last night our church host this Loudest attire night and with such a special way to farewell 2008 together and yes to be a loud dressed person always, I won the 2nd prize. The winner was JZ. Man I tell ya it's really hard to win over him as it's so unbelievably hard to get a dress which is uglier than his...hahahahaha....anyway, it was fun.

Very hard to believe with a blink of eyes we've already enter 2009. The celebration of 21st century was just happened yesterday. I know what 2009 means to me. It will probably be one of the biggest year in my life. My character will be multipled from a daughter to someone's wife and very likely a mama too.
